Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team and lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. From software engineers to cybersecurity analysts, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber candidates who align with our technical needs and cultural values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team goals.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, events, and employee referrals.
• Maintain and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Stay current with tech recruiting trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.
• Promote our employer brand through networking, outreach, and engagement.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as software engineering, DevOps, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean search, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with agility and precision.
• Passion for technology and an understanding of technical skills and job functions.
